We developed a VR Experience as a recruiting tool for the Austrian air navigation service “Austro Control”. The Experience gives young people a first-hand insight into the job of an air traffic controller through animations and real-life 360° videos. For example, they gain an understanding of the division of airspace into sectors and can visit the workplaces of air traffic controllers as if they were sitting at a desk in the tower themselves. The Experience is used at recruiting days, as a virtual tour for visitors but also as a permanent installation in a Vienna Arcarde. Ready for take off!
